    Made a 7 PM appointment for an oil change. Showed up at 6:25. I said “hi, I’m here for an oil change”. Service clerk said “kinda late to come in, isn’t it”. I said “actually I’m kinda early, I have a 7 PM appointment”. Clerk says “appointments are guide lines and it’ll be 1-1/2 hours before we get to you”.
    I said “what’s the purpose of making an appointment if they really don’t mean anything to Pep Boys?” He said “like I said, appointments are guidelines”.
    Hey Pep Boys- lots of competition to change oil. I went next door to Good Year, waited 20 min and all was fine. ...oh, and the service tech wasn’t a jerk.
